Pak-China Friendship
Pakistan and China friendship is time tested and progressing by leaps and bounds. The exemplary friendship between the two countries is higher than the Himalayas and deeper than the ocean. We all are proud of the friendship with China and it is in theheart of every individual, no matter what government comes or goes.
In this materialistic age, friendships are basedon this new trend, but Pakistan’s friendship with China is above all such interests and the time has proved that the two countries enjoy commendable relations with each other.
A close neighbor can be more helpful than a relative living far away. China and Pakistan are close neighboring countries linked withcommon rivers and mountains. The friendship between the two peoples is of long standing and has become even stronger as time goes by. We have been sympathizing with, understanding, supportingeach other in international affairs and in the cause of national construction.
if the Karakorum Highway linking the two countries could be calledthe symbol of Pak-China friendship in the 20th century, the Gwadarport under construction in Balochistan province will be another mega-project symbolizing the two countries friendship in the 21st century.
And that is what’s irking our mutual enemies, and that is exactly why enemy is targeting Chinese nationals in Pakistan.China friendship is time -tested and progressing by leaps and bounds. Heart Diseases
Heart disease is a general term that refers to a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions that affect one or more of the components of the heart. The heart is a muscular, fist-sized organ that is located in the left side of the chest cavity. It continuously pumps blood, beating as many as 100,000 times a day. The blood that the heart moves carries oxygen and nutrients throughout the body and transports carbon dioxide and other wastes to the lungs, kidneys, and liver for removal. The heart ensures its own oxygen supply through a set of coronary arteries and veins. The heart is also an endocrine organ that produces the hormones atrial naturalistic hormone and B-type naturalistic peptide , which coordinate heart function with blood vessels and the kidneys.
Internally, the heart is essentially hollow. It is divided vertically into two halves by a septum, and each side of the heart has two internal chambers, an atrium on top and a ventricle on the bottom. Venous blood enters the right side of the heart through the right atrium and is pumped by the right ventricle to the lungs, where carbon dioxide is released and oxygen acquired. Oxygenated blood from the lungs is transported to the left atrium and is pumped by the left ventricle into arteries that carry it throughout the body. Four heart valves regulate the direction and flow of blood through the chambers of the heart.
Diseases affecting the heart may be structural or functional. Anything that damages the heart or decreases the heart’s supply of oxygen, makes it less efficient, reduces its ability to fill and pump, will disrupt the coordinated relationship between the heart, kidneys, and blood vessels and will harm not only the heart but the rest of the body as well.

Baloch Freedom Movement
Freedom is not free , it grows from the guns of free men . Baloch brothers and sisters , it's time to close ranks and fight Punjabi Pakistani oppression and secure our freedom for our future generations . Together We Stand & Fight together and then we will win .Baluchis are a fierce tribe. They are never subdued in their entire
history except in the last 50 years where they were made slaves of
Punjabi's in the name of Pakistan.
Right now, it is fair to say that they are slaves of Punjabi's. Their
land is not theirs. They cannot speak in their language in assembly.
If they speak in Baluchi language in "Pakistani parliament" the mike
would be switched off and they will be forced to speak in Urdu.
When all the tribal leaders were opposed to the merger of Baluchistan
into Pakistan, only Akbar Khan Bugti put faith in Pakistan and was a
prime mover in Baluchistan's integration with Pakistan.
And Pakistan has paid its thanks to Bugti in the language only
Punjabi's can understand.
Now all the tribes and clans of Baluchistan are opposed to Pakistan.
They want freedom from Pakistan.

Water Is Life
Challanges To Democracy In Pakistan
Pakistan has sustained a transition to parliamentary democracy. This has been the longest period of civilian-led regimes, although none of the elected governments has been able to complete its five-year term in office. It is encouraging to note that the principle of electoral competition has gained strength, and electoral procedures have acquired stability. Ironically, despite frequency of electoral competition, political leaders have not been successful in promoting an environment that would entourage the growth of democratic norms and civility. Popular aspiration for democracy has not received corresponding support from the elected political leadership. Therefore, a strong tendency towards illiberal usages of democracy continues to threaten the prospects of democratic consolidation. Constructing and promoting democracy is not an easy task; it requires patience, time, and most importantly, a consensus among the powerful groups and Elites in a society on the desirability of rule of law and governance through the consent of the people. Thus, the onus of responsibility for constructing democracy, promoting democratic norms, and institutionalize democratic practices and principles is on the Elites. Political leaders and Elites, through their actions and conduct, influence the formation of democratic norms at the popular level. A large number of people in a society have to accept and demonstrate faith in democratic principles.
Spread Love
Lovebirds are active, cheerful and beautifully decorative. The petite "pocket" parrots are very intriguing! Lovebirds come from the drier regions of Africa. Because they evolved from a very harsh environment, they are very suited to captivity. Not only do they have a good disposition, these charming, brilliantly colored little pets are very hardy and easy to care for. They can also provide you with a successful breeding experience.
In the wild lovebirds live in flocks. They will often bond with a mate for life and show fierce loyalty and affection to their family. If you can earn their affections as young birds, you will receive that same fierce loyalty from your little friends. They are very social with both their keepers and their mate.
